Consultancy and assistance in relationships with the Revenue Authorities relating to direct and indirect, national and international tax, in the interests of companies, private citizens and other organizations.

Consultancy and assistance on the subject of company law (formation of, changes to and winding up of any type of company, relations among the shareholders’ and between the shareholders’ and the corporate bodies)
AUDITING AREA
Activity as internal and statutory auditor in company and organization.
Activity as external auditing.

Consultancy and assistance about acquisitions and sell-off, mergers, spin-off, contribution of capital and transfer of parts of companies, transformations and creation of joint-ventures.
COMPANY CONSULTANCY AREA
Consultancy and assistance in the organization, administration, planning and management control of companies and/or organization.
Consultancy and assistance about company finance matter. Estimation of company, shares and/or partnership share and individual assets, Due Diligence, survey.
AREA CIVIL LAW
Consultancy in the pre insolvency to companies in crisis situation, with provision of the restructuring and liquidation plans.
Assistance about composition with creditors in order to avoid bankruptcy and drawing up of expert report.
The assumption of judicial office about Trustee in bankruptcy, judicial Commissioner and official Receiver.
Court-appointed expert, Expert of the party and Arbitrator of court disputes.
